Dr. Tim Richter graduated from Moeller High School in 1978 and went on to graduate from the University of Dayton four years later with a B.S. in Biology. Dr. Richter received his diploma from Ohio State’s College of Dentistry in 1986, and a few years later settled down as a resident of Fairfield, OH.
Dr. Richter is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the International Academy of Mini Dental Implant Dentistry. Dr. Richter has extensive training and experience in the area of mini dental implant dentistry and is an owner of a Mini Implant Dental Center of America (MDICA) location. Dr. Richter is also a proud member of Keely Dental Society.
Dr. Joe Richter is a 2008 graduate of St. Xavier High School, helping his football team win two state championships during his high school career. Dr. Joe also played four years of Division 2 football at Ohio Dominican University where he graduated with a B.S. in Biology. Following in his father’s footsteps, Dr. Joe then graduated from Ohio State’s College of Dentistry in 2017.
Dr. Joe serves his community with many forms of general dentistry including services such as fillings, extractions, dentures, crowns and bridges and others. He is also continuing his education in mini dental implant dentistry.
For nearly two years, Dr. Joe worked extensively in the Over-The-Rhine district of Cincinnati, serving the less fortunate. He is a part of the American Dental Association as well as a proud member of Keely Dental Society.

Several missing teeth can also be replaced with individual implants. With this method, a dental implant will be placed at the site of each missing tooth, providing ideal replicas of your lost teeth. Multiple teeth may also be restored with an implant bridge, which is a prosthetic comprised of three or more crown units, depending upon the number of missing teeth.
One of the most rewarding and exciting new procedures in dentistry today is the system for making loose dentures tight and comfortable. Made of Hybrid Resin or Zirconia, the removable bridge involves placement of between 6-10 implants, determined by bone volume and bone quality. This is a fixed hybrid bridge that can be detached by the dentist as needed at recall cleaning visits.
The Fixed Roundhouse Zirconia Bridge involves placement of between 10-12 implants, determined by the bone volume and bone quality. The final bridge is tried in for patient comfort and aesthetic approval and then cemented in place.
